As an established horsebox manufacturer drawing from a wealth of experience we realise that our reputation for quality work and exceptional customer care is of the highest importance. Innovation is a driving force too and this serves us well. Our manufacturing experience allows us to design strength, lightness and ease of use into every Helios horsebox. Our aim is to lead and not blindly follow other manufacturers. The largest Helios horsebox is 23’ overall length. After taking into account the laws on weight and fines customers would receive if overloaded we worked backwards from the size and weight of three horses. Then we added tack, fuel, water and lastly passengers. We then designed 2 Helios horseboxes around this information, 23’ and 20’ 6” overall lengths. Our motor sport boxes and motorhomes are usually longer as they carry far less weight.

We have put together an excellent team who are very proud of our products, from coachbuilt Helios horseboxes to conversions. Our team of sprayers have worked in the aircraft industry and again use the highest quality products, not just on the outside paintwork but also underneath the horsebox.Our attention to detail throughout the build process is unrivalled giving us the confidence to include a two year warranty on all our body work.Because each Helios horsebox is a bespoke build every aspect can be chosen by the customer.
