This example is stunning in Helios blue pearl metallic paint. For our flagship build we have sprayed extra coats of clear coat lacquer and polished it to a very high gloss finish. The paint work alone is one of a kind. Made with the latest composite materials and many new features, this 23’ deluxe Helios horsebox is our latest coachbuilt horsebox. The horse area is sprayed with Coat-X protective coating. It is stalled for 2 horses or three ponies, with deluxe horse partitions, glass sunroof, camera, bonded black privacy glass vent and horse windows, temperature sensor, LED lights and speakers. There is a large tack box fully sprayed in Coat-x with a full size exterior lift up door with gas struts at each side. Inside the tack box is an LED light, speaker and a fold out saddle rack on a gas stay. Long hours of design time have gone into the living area too making it quite unique. We have used the latest laminates and composite materials with new appliances and luxurious cream leather upholstery, making the living and cab something special. There are concealed blue LED lights in the two half moon steps that lead into the raised living. The raised living gives masses of under floor storage too. The blue theme continues into the living area with LED mood lighting on the curved seat and sink unit. The LED ceiling lights can be white or blue and LED down-lights for the top curved lockers and microwave are in white. Black privacy glass in the unique shaped bonded windows and two large glass sunroofs make this contemporary styled deluxe Helios living area both light and spacious. This latest design has the new curved roof adding extra horse area and living area height. The curved roof adds the benefits of better aerodynamics, reduced wind noise and much improved fuel efficiency. This deluxe example with every extra included still only weighs 5.3 tonnes. This deluxe Helios horsebox is taxed and tested and includes a SmarTrack Trident stolen vehicle tracking system, Bluetooth and mp3 player. We are so confident in our quality of materials and workmanship that we include a two year warranty on all bodywork at no extra cost.
